University of Hradec Králové (UHK) is one of the youngest universities in the Czech Republic. However, being young doesn’t represent any disadvantage for the university. The UHK develops and grows rapidly. Nowadays, there are more than 9000 students in total.
There are four faculties and one academic institute at UHK. Individual UHK faculties and departments are spread around the city, although a new common campus is being built nowadays.
