ESN Hradec Králové

Are you a local student, full degree student or an alumnus? Would you like to become part of the largest European non-profit student organization, improve your language skills, make new friends worldwide, learn about their cultures and create new unforgettable memories with them? Then ESN Hradec Králové is the right place for you!

As far as we persuaded you to consider joining us, there are several types of membership you can choose from. You can either become a buddy, an active member or a tutor.

If you register as a BUDDY to incoming international students in our online system Artemis, you will become a guide for them during their semester here and create lifelong friendships with people from all around the world. You can take care of up to 5 students per semester. Before the start of the semester, don't forget to check out our Buddy Manual.

If you would like to participate more, you can become an ACTIVE MEMBER who helps us organise parties, trips, quizzes, and events of all different kinds. You can choose how much time you want to dedicate to ESN and what you want to help us with. We're sure you'll find something that suits you, so don't hesitate to ask us for more info.

And if that's still not enough for you, you might apply as a member of our TUTOR team. It doesn't matter if you like numbers, management, technology, communicating with people, or preparing events for students. We have all kinds of positions!

So if you are interested in becoming a part of ESN Hradec Králové, you must register with Artemis and wait for your Welcome e-mail from our HR Manager with all the information needed.

You can join us whenever during the academic year, no matter if you've already had your own Erasmus experience or whether you even intend to have one!
